About Me !
Hey, I'm Moyra! I'm a 3D Animation and VFX graduate from the University of Hertfordshire, based near London. I created this website to have my own online portfolio of the artwork I created over my time at university! I hope you enjoy looking around :)
My story...!
I come from a more traditional artistic background, having studied Fine Art at school, and 3D modelling is actually something I had never done before coming to university! But I quickly fell in love with the processes of hard-surface modelling, sculpting and texturing. It feels so fun to make things look exactly how I want!
I'm the type of person who loves to take things apart to see how they work, and the idea of being able to reconstruct real-life environments, props and characters down to very small details and then control them in a virtual space is very exciting to me.
My personal interests
In my free time, I'm starting to get into 3D printing, but when I'm not working on 3D projects, I like learning about the music and films of the past century. I also love to cosplay! I'm currently working on recreating Rapunzel's dress from Disney's "Tangled".
