Random42 Live Project

Here is my submission for a live project with Random42 where I was tasked with creating a 30-second medical visualisation of a Hepatitis B virus. Random42 kindly provided the voiceover, and left the brief very open, allowing me to create my own design for the virus and its environment. I took my inspiration from sea creatures and decided to create a sort of underwater cavern!

I was fully responsible for the modelling, texturing, animation, rendering and compositing. I used Maya, Houdini and Nuke - this was my first time compositing and I gained a lot of confidence in Nuke through this project.
